I should be sleeping, but....

Why is it so stinking hard to pick our first dance song??? Maybe because we have been together for a million years already. I thought I knew what I wanted but I keep changing my mind and Tim is no help what so ever. Anyone have any suggestions?? Actually, it's more of a vote I'm looking for. Maybe I'll do a poll on the sidebar. I gotta do something quick!!

Just got back yesterday from spending 2.5 days with Debbie, Dawn and Heather! What a blast. We really did have a lot of fun. I have details and pictures to share, but for now I really must take a nap because it's almost time to get ready for work. Check in for that during the next few days!!

Night!

Ya, I could sit here all night googeling 'first dance songs' but I have to go to bed. Have you considered any rockapella songs?

LOL Debbie! You crack me up! I'm not trying to add any new ones at this point unless you can come up with something that totally screams Tim and I. I checked out some wedding song links yesterday and then listened to about 20 songs on youtube. You should try that now that you have DSL. ;)

Tim has pretty much agreed to anything. He even liked the two Shania Twain, but won't help me narrow it down. GRRR! Men!

Ok then :) Just trying to help, hehe. I will vote now ;)

LOL, I just voted and I don't think this poll is going to help you - mixed votes already! Too many choices ;)

Ok...Me...not a country music fan.
The Eric Clapton song...our prom theme in 91. I think you need to find a song that reflects your personalities. Have fun with it. It doesn't have to be a "classic" wedding type song. I am surprised Tim doesn't want input on this one. The Beatles WOULD be pretty cool though. You still have time. DOn't stress!!

Ok...now I'M stalking you...

What about Elvis Presley-- I Can't Help Falling In Love With You--since you didn't do the Vegas thing?

Or... NIN- "Closer"-- I think that would be fitting and it would make the parents and grandparents so proud!! haha

Now you've got me thinking about it!!

Debbie said...

hahah, Closer. Nice!!!

How about Crazy Bitch by Buckcherry since we all know Angie is one Crazy Bitch :)

For the record, Kelly, I think AT LAST is the perfect song for them. The last line.....FOR YOU ARE MINE ATTTTT LAASSSTTTT ((After 10yrs))

GRRR lost my post!!

I'm honored to have two of my very own stalkers!!

Kelly- it's not so much about tradition. Many of them are just songs I like. Tim really does NOT want to make decisions about anything. He's being a butt head. If he cared, he would put in his two cents. The first song is very fitting because of how long we have been together but a few of the others I just like. Eric Clapton got added because I kinda liked it and it wasn't country. Not top of my list for sure!! Haha!

You'll know it when you hear it...no worries!!!

I still think "Welcome to the Jungle" speaks volumes.

I voted Love the way you love me. That's a beautiful song. Hadn't thought of that one.

Kelly - I too think the Beatles would be great! When I'm 64! Cute! Seriously, Something or Don't Let Me Down might be good songs that even Tim would like.

We danced to Keith Urban making memories of us...I also love Lost in this moment by big and rich. Im not a huge country fan but they have sappy songs:)
